She is the Founder and Director of The Magnetic Voice Group.  The Magnetic Voice Group provides a safe space for performers, public speakers, ministers, and visionaries to explore and develop the power and unique colors of the human voice and charismatic communication. Through MasterMind, Master Classes, and private sessions, it provides a personalized curriculum designed to meet the client’s individual needs.

Shannon has taught thousands of students online and is a thought leader and change agent for 21st century creativity and spirituality. She’s been a powerful creator in the music, musical theatre, and creative arts communities in the U.S. and Europe for over 30 years.

She owns Shannon Kropf Creative, a brand design and online presence development firm, and is the founder of TEACHLIVE.ONLINE and ChurchGeekPro, a tech consultancy for houses of worship.
